We have swap meet spaces that are available to club members: $40.00 for the 3-day event. These fees help pay for rally expenses including food, Port-a-Potties and electricity. The swap meet area is under the pine trees on the east side of the rally field. Most vendors reserve their spaces in advance, so it is important to check in at the Foxhole Store before you set up to make sure you occupy the right spot!
Swap meet spaces will be flagged-out on the Sunday before the event. Aisles are marked with fence T posts and each space marked with wire flags at each corner.
The volunteer swap meet coordinator for the AR MVPA is Dave Hopkins 501-813-6746. Dave will be set up to the right of the entrance and should be nearby on Thursday through Saturday to assist.
